Official, reputable taxi services in Beirut include local companies like Allo Taxi, Charbel Taxi & White taxi, and others reachable directly (often via WhatsApp).
Ride-hailing services like Uber and Bolt also operate in Beirut and can be easier/safer than hailing taxis on the street.
Note: Avoid shared “service” taxis or unlicensed street hails, as these can be unsafe.

The main international airport is Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport (BEY). A taxi or ride-hail from the airport to central Beirut typically takes 20–30minutes.
Pre-arranging a taxi with your hotel or using Uber/Bolt can be more reliable than airport taxis, which may overcharge.
